Halfway to Alpha 2.0


Almost been 2 months since the last bug fix version of Alpha 1. So, I am here to keep you all updated that Alpha 2.0 is about halfway done, a little bit more done.

What's going to be in this update? You may be asking. I'm going to share some updates.

  • New Room | Bathroom - The room was locked before, now you can finally go to the bathroom during the night. Wait...it's just a game, and I don't plan to add a meter to tell you when to go to the bathroom so it's okay. However, the bathroom may contain some valuable stuff.
  • New materials - At the time of posting this post, this is the step I am currently working on. But anyways, no more cringy looking AI generated materials, now here comes the procedurally generated materials with normal maps and everything.
  • New furniture in child's bedroom/remodel - Got an update for you (The player)'s room. Now it looks better with some new furniture. Some furniture may prove highly valuable for your escape.
  • Main menu - Now you start from the main menu screen. You can either load the game you were recently player or start a new game.
  • Settings - You finally have the power to put reality to a complete halt. Unfortunately, you also stop to a complete halt. Which sucks. But while reality is at a complete stop, you can change some settings, such as key maps and some general settings such as mouse sensitivity. The settings still need populated a little bit more.
